Tea Zone Original Meat Marinating Powder (2.25 lbs)

Tea Zone Original Meat Marinating Powder makes creating bold delicious white meat meals easy! This blend of spices can be used for the best chicken marinade recipe and saves space in your pantry of ingredients. This marinating powder is perfect for the very popular Taiwanese popcorn chicken or it is good on other white meats such as pork.

Ingredients: 

Sugar, MSG, Salt, Potato Starch, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Five Spices Powder, Multi Spices Powder, Anise Powder, Silicon Dioxide, Lactose, Sucralose

Suggested Use: 

Mix ⅓  cup marinating powder mix with 1 cup water per 2lbs of meat.

Try This Recipe: Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Tea Zone Original Meat Marinating Powder
• 5lbs Diced Chicken
• ½ cup Water
• 2 tbsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Black Pepper
• ½ tbsp Five Spices Powder
• 2 oz Rice Wine
• 2 oz Soy Sauce
• 1 ½ oz White Sugard

Directions:

1. 1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
2. 2. Toss in chicken then cover and put in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

Frying Instructions:

1. 1. Set deep fryer temperature to 360℉ 
2. 2. Lightly coat the meat with Tea Zone Seasoned Frying Powder (#P5000).
3. 3. Cook in a deep fryer for 2 ½ minutes.
4. 4. Take out and place on a cooling rack.
