Mochi is a traditional Japanese rice cake snack enjoyed throughout several cultures and nations. Tea Zone Original Mini Mochi is individually coated with powder to prevent them from sticking to one another, securely sealed in a tray and bag, and ready to serve. Refrigeration is not required and shelf-life is up to 10 months (from manufactured date). Recommended to use within 24 hours after opening and product can last 3-5 days if re-sealed air tight and stored in a dry and cool space. 

Ingredients:

Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate, Glutinous Rice, Maltose, Sugar, Salt

Try This Recipe: Matcha Mochi Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Plain Yogurt
• 2 tbsp Tea Zone Premium Longan Honey, or more to taste
• 2 tsp Tea Zone Matcha Powder
• Pinch of Kosher Salt
• 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
• 1 cup Tea Zone Original Mini Mochi

Directions:

• 1. Whisk together all ingredients except for the mochi
• 2. Fold in the mochi 
• 3. Spoon into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for a few hours
• 4. Run the molds under warm water for easy removal
• 5. Enjoy!
