Huckleberries have some similarities to blueberries: color and shape. They are small and round, and the color ranges from red, blue to black. Huckleberries have larger seeds than blueberries. The fruit is tart but sweet, and can be used in various foods or beverages, like jam, pudding, pie, ice creams, muffins, pancakes, herb teas, coffee or latte, smoothies, and slushies.
