Are you still offering exclusive Christmas drinks in January? It’s time to wrap those flavors up, as a new holiday is coming up. Valentine’s Day is in a few weeks, and to anticipate the love month, offer romantic flavors that will keep your customers in the mood for love.

Thankfully, creating these limited-time offers and exclusive beverages is easy, as syrups, popping pearls, and smoothie mixes in different flavors are readily available boba supplies. Whether it’s boba tea, smoothie, or a mocktail, offering romantic flavors is definitely going to be a hit among your customers this February.

To help you come up with limited Valentine’s Day-inspired beverages in your menu, we created a list of five beverage flavors perfect for the Valentine season that you can try, plus our highly-recommended ingredients:

  1. Strawberry Pomegranate
  2. Chocolate-Covered Cherry
  3. Hibiscus Lemon Mint
  4. Apple Cranberry
  5. Cherry Almond Milk

#1 Strawberry Pomegranate

Strawberry and pomegranate are both red in color, and their combination makes them the perfect bright red drink. Aside from that, the smell and bold and sweet flavors of these two are so amazing, this caffeine-free concoction will no doubt be a favorite among your customers regardless of age.

You can use both syrup flavors to create a boba drink, a smoothie, or fruit juice. You also have the option to use pomegranate popping pearls, fruit puree, or smoothie mixes to create your special Strawberry Pomegranate beverage.

#2 Chocolate-Covered Cherry

For customers who like a beverage with a kick, you can add a chocolate-covered cherry flavor drink with a hint of coffee liqueur to your Valentine's Day menu. It’s the perfect pre-dinner drink and the perfect menu item to offer couples. On the same note, you can also use soda instead of coffee liquor. Chocolate-covered cherry soda can be your caffeine-free drink alternative to your younger customers.

The adult version of this flavor would only need coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup, and cherry syrup. As for the kiddie version, replace the liqueur with sparkling water, add some cherry popping pearls, and top off with cherry soft-serve. Yum!

#3 Hibiscus Lemon Mint

Of course, you can’t have a limited Valentine’s drink without flower-infused beverages. Hibiscus is a brightly-colored flower that thrives in warm climates and is Hawaii’s state flower. Aside from its beauty, it has numerous health benefits and tastes great. And when combined with lemon and mint, you get a refreshingly sweet, tart, herbal, and floral taste.

You would only need dried hibiscus flowers, natural lemon or lemon syrup, and mint syrup for this refreshing concoction. You can also add some lemon popping pearls to add more color and flavor to this special Valentine’s Day beverage or top it off with a lemon soft serve.

#4 Apple Cranberry

Apple and cranberry are an excellent combination of flavors and naturally have a red color. Perfect for mocktails, this flavor combo is also rich in vitamins and antioxidants. It’s a healthier alternative to alcohol-infused cocktails.

To add a more unique flavor to an apple cranberry drink, you can add apple coconut jelly sinkers or apple popping pearls and drizzle the top with bright red cranberry syrup.

#5 Cherry Almond Milk

Cherry almond milk is great as a smoothie or a milk drink. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and tart cherries and nuttiness. It also creates a soft pink color and is very appealing to young kids. Aside from that, this unique flavor is very healthy. Almond is a good source of potassium, vitamin E, and magnesium, while cherries are chock full of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, and other nutrients.

Cherry almond milk beverages have pretty simple ingredients – almond milk and cherry syrup. You can also use cherry fruit puree to add texture or almond syrup instead of milk for a non-creamy version.
