By: Sabrina Huda Sanchez

The top recipe videos online are ones with only a few ingredients because everyone wants to be a chef or a barista without needing to go shopping for a large shopping list of items for each. People love versatile products that have multiple applications such as a flavored syrup that can be used in your afternoon beverage as well as a homemade vinaigrette for your salad lunch.
Monin syrups and concentrates deliver practical flavors in bold visually appetizing colors. Their innovation team puts an emphasis on including culinary recipes in their large library of cocktails, coffees, and refreshments. Take a look at this list of sweet and savory recipes using the same flavored syrup.
1. Peanut butter syrup

Peanut Butter Satay Sauce
If you’ve tried Thai cuisine, chances are you’ve had peanuts in a savory dish. From Thai peanut noodles to Thai peanut curry, they utilize peanut butter flavors in many ways. Take the same syrup used in the cold brew drink and apply it to the delicious sauce recipe for your chicken satay (aka grilled chicken skewers).

• 1 cup sriracha sauce
• ½ cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp minced ginger
• 1 cup canola oil

1. Add all ingredients into a blender, except for the oil. Blend together.
2. While the blender is running, slowly drizzle in the oil until it's completely emulsified.
3. Serve with chicken satay
