Directions:
Prepare Winter Melon Jelly

Whisk jelly powder into hot water until fully dissolved. Stir for 2
minutes to avoid lumps.

Strain the Mixture
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for smooth texture.

Refrigerate
Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, until set.

Prepare the Drink

2.7 oz (80 ml) S1010 Fructose Syrup

250g F5021 Frozen Taro & Sweet
Prepare Taro & Sweet Potato Balls

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Add 250g of F5021 Frozen Taro and Sweet Potato Balls to the
boiling water.

Once the balls float to the surface, continue cooking for another 3 minutes.

Remove the balls from the pot and rinse them with cold drinking water to
remove excess starch.

Add 60g of S1010 Fructose Syrup to the rinsed balls and let them marinate
for 10 minutes before using.
Prepare Panna Cotta

Heat Water: Boil water, then reduce heat to low.

Mix Ingredients: Add milk and fructose. Whisk to combine
and turn off the heat.

Add Powder: Gradually whisk in the Caramel Panna Cotta
Powder for 2 minutes until smooth.

Strain: For a smooth texture, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.

Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Allow the mixture to cool down until it solidifies into a bean curd jelly.
For quicker results, refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Once the pudding is firm, add sugar water and your choice of
toppings, such as Frozen Taro and Sweet Potato Balls, Boba,
Sago, Red Beans, Taro Chunks, etc.
