Winter Melon Jelly Jasmine Tea Recipe 


Ingredients: 

  • 2.2 lbs P1085 Winter Melon Jelly Powder 
  • 167 oz (5L) Hot Water (200°F - 212°F) 
  • Ice 
  • Jasmine Tea or Milk Tea 

Directions: 

Prepare Winter Melon Jelly 

  1. Dissolve the Powder

Whisk jelly powder into hot water until fully dissolved. Stir for 2 

minutes to avoid lumps. 

  1. Strain the Mixture

Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for smooth texture. 

  1. Refrigerate

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, until set. 

  1. Cut the Jelly

Cut into strips, cubes, or fun shapes with cookie cutters. 

Prepare the Drink 

  1. Combine

Add jelly to a cup with ice, pour in Jasmine Tea, and serve. 

 

Caramel Panna Cotta Powder

Caramel Panna Cotta Milk Tea with Taro & Sweet Potato Balls 


Ingredients: 

  • 0.7 lbs P1082 Caramel Panna 
  • Cotta Powder 
  • 2.7 oz (80 ml) S1010 Fructose Syrup 
  • 53 oz (1.6 L) Hot Water 
  • (200°F - 212°F) 
  • 5.3 oz (156 ml) Milk 
  • F5021 Taro & Sweet Potato Balls 
  • Ice 
  • Milk Tea 

Toppings 

  • 250g F5021 Frozen Taro & Sweet 
  • Potato Balls 
  • 2L Water 
  • 60g S1010 Fructose Syrup 

Prepare Taro & Sweet Potato Balls 

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add 250g of F5021 Frozen Taro and Sweet Potato Balls to the

boiling water. 

  1. Once the balls float to the surface, continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
  2. Remove the balls from the pot and rinse them with cold drinking water to

remove excess starch. 

  1. Add 60g of S1010 Fructose Syrup to the rinsed balls and let them marinate

for 10 minutes before using. 

 

Prepare Panna Cotta 

 

  1. Heat Water: Boil water, then reduce heat to low.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Add milk and fructose. Whisk to combine

and turn off the heat. 

  1. Add Powder: Gradually whisk in the Caramel Panna Cotta

Powder for 2 minutes until smooth. 

  1. Strain: For a smooth texture, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
  2. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

 

Prepare The Drink: 

  1. Combine: In a cup, mix Panna Cotta, Taro & Sweet Potato Balls, Ice, and Milk Tea. Stir well and serve. 

 

  1. Serving Tips: 
  1. Portion: Use approximately 0.22 lbs of Panna Cotta per serving, adjusting as desired.
  2. Storage: Store leftover Panna Cotta in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

 

Soy Pudding Powder 
Create a silky smooth soy pudding effortlessly with our Soy Pudding Powder. This powder is perfect for Asian-inspired desserts, offering a light and subtly sweet pudding that pairs beautifully with fresh fruit, almond syrup, or tapioca pearls. Soy Pudding with Sago & Boba 


Ingredients: 

  • 100g Soy Pudding Powder 
  • 20 oz Hot Water (200°F – 212°F) 
  • Frozen Sago & Boba 

Directions: 

Prepare Soy Pudding 

 

  1. Place the P1095 Soy Pudding Powder in a clean bowl.
  2. Add 20 oz of hot water (200°F – 212°F) to the bowl.
  3. Stir the mixture quickly with a whisk until the powder is fully dissolved

and the liquid is smooth. 

  1. Continue stirring slowly for 2 minutes.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool down until it solidifies into a bean curd jelly.

For quicker results, refrigerate for about 2 hours. 

  1. Once the pudding is firm, add sugar water and your choice of

toppings, such as Frozen Taro and Sweet Potato Balls, Boba, 

Sago, Red Beans, Taro Chunks, etc. 

 

Tip: Adjust the quantities to suit your personal preference. 

Shelf Life of Frozen Fruit: 12 Months Frozen 

Storage: Keep frozen at -18℃ or below. Use up as soon as possible after opening.
