1883 is leaps and bounds better than other syrup flavors. I cannot understand how people still use Torani and Monin in their coffee shops when this brand exists. Monin tastes like dirt, and Torani is overly sweet and tastes artificial.
The 1883 roasted hazelnut is much better than their regular hazelnut. I ended up throwing away the regular hazelnut because after I tried this one, I knew I wasn't going to finish the other.
I purchased this based on one review and am so glad I did. I'm not a huge hazelnut fan but I do like it. After trying this roasted hazelnut I am now a fan of this syrup in particular. The "roasted" brings a bold sweet nutty flavor...try it, you'll LOVE it.
There is such a distinct, pleasant roasted flavor to the hazelnut. I recommend this syrup in place of a normal hazelnut syrup.
