Karat Earth® compostable deli containers are made from PLA plastic, a renewable resource made from the starches of corn, sugarcane, cassava or beetroot plants. PLA plastic is clear allowing for easy visibility of contents and is durable and shatter-proof. These containers have a temperature tolerance of 122°F (50°C) and are great for storing salads, noodles, or many other foods.
