Ingredients: Modified Starches (Vegetable), Tofu Coagulant
Soy Pudding Recipe:
- Cook 2 qt. of soy milk in a saucepan on low heat until it starts to simmer (200°F) for 30 seconds.
- Turn off the flame and remove the top layer of soy milk.
- Combine 3 Lollicup scoops (approximately 4 teaspoons) of soy pudding powder, and 6 fl. oz. of filtered water in a separate container to make the soy pudding mixture. Stir until dissolved.
- Pour soy milk (at least 1 ft. above) into the soy pudding mixture.
- Cover the container with a pastry cloth and lid and sit for 1 hour. Do not move or stir. *For a firmer texture, place soy pudding in the fridge for an additional 2-3 hours.
