#1 Mango Boba Popsicles

Popsicles are absolutely perfect for cooling off and can be enjoyed by customers of all ages because they do not contain tea. They are best prepared at least a day in advance to make sure they are frozen hard. You also have the option to use other fruits to create a wide variety of fruity boba popsicles on your menu.

Add the mango chunks, lime juice, honey, and filtered water into a blender and blend until smooth. Fill your popsicle molds with the creamy mixture, then add the cooked tapioca boba pearls. Make sure they are fully covered with the mixture. Freeze overnight.

#2 Steamed Tapioca Boba Cakes

Boba cakes are a little dessert reminiscent of Asian desserts because of their ingredients. It contains screwpine or pandan and coconut, which are common ingredients in Thai and Filipino desserts. These cakes are green, so they are perfect for pairing with green beverages like matcha and green apple-flavored drinks.

What are the ingredients for creating Steamed Tapioca Boba Cakes?

  • - Grated coconut
  • - Salt
  • - Chopped screwpine leaves (pandan leaves)
  • - Filtered water
  • - Tea Zone Chewy Tapioca Boba
  • - Tapioca flour
  • - White sugar

Toss the grated coconut and salt together in a small container, then set aside. Place the screwpine leaves and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Using a cheesecloth, strain the mixture to create pandan juice. Mix the chewy tapioca boba with water in a saucepan and boil for about 10 minutes. Stir in the tapioca flour and sugar, dissolve, and pour the pandan juice. Stir until the batter becomes thick. Remove from heat and pour into foil baking cups. Once done, steam the cakes for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the top with grated coconut before serving.

#3 Coffee Ice Cream with Boba

Ice cream in a coffee flavor is perfect for customers who can’t get enough of this caffeinated drink. Although coffee and boba aren't as popular as milk tea and boba, this combination is quite good. And, of course, coffee ice cream with boba makes for a unique spring and summer treat that offers a play of flavors and texture. Note that the instant coffee ingredient should not be replaced with brewed coffee because the latter would add too much liquid, and the ice cream wouldn’t freeze properly.

What are the ingredients for creating Coffee Ice Cream with Boba?

  • - Chilled heavy cream
  • - Chilled sweetened condensed milk
  • - Instant dark roast coffee granules diluted in lukewarm water
  • - Vanilla extract
  • - Tea Zone Chewy Tapioca Boba
  • - Brown sugar
  • - Salt

How do you make Coffee Ice Cream with Boba?

Whip the heavy cream for about three to four minutes using a hand or stand mixer set to medium-high speed. Once the cream starts to form soft peaks, quickly add the condensed milk, then whip for another three minutes until soft peaks form again. Add the instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and salt into the mixture, and continue mixing until medium peaks start to form. Pour the mixture into a pan, add the cooked tapioca boba pearls and make sure to distribute evenly. Smoothen the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Before serving, you can top it off with more boba pearls.

#4 Special Banana Split with Pearls

Probably the easiest recipe on the list, this is a classic banana split sprinkled with boba. You can choose to add other pearls as well, like popping pearls and crystal boba to add more color, flavor, and texture. Although the classic American banana split is done with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream, you can allow your customers to other flavors of ice cream and popping pearls! This recipe, however, will feature the classic flavors.

Place the slices of banana in a dessert dish. In between each banana slice, place a scoop of ice cream on each of the three flavors. Put whipped cream on each scoop, then add the chopped peanuts, chewy tapioca boba, strawberry popping pearls, and crystal boba. Drizzle with chocolate and strawberry syrup, then top the whipped cream with maraschino cherries.

#5 Blueberry Pie with Boba

Nothing beats Grandma’s traditional blueberry pie. It has the heavenly perfect combination of sweetness and tartness, plus the crisp and crumbly crust that melts in your mouth. Because it comes with tapioca boba pearls, it features chewy goodness like no other.

What are the ingredients for creating Blueberry Pie with Boba?

  • - White sugar
  • - Tea Zone Chewy Tapioca Boba
  • - Ground cinnamon
  • - Blueberries
  • - Lemon juice
  • - Butter
  • - Pastry for a double-crust pie

How do you make Blueberry Pie with Boba?

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius. Roll out half the pastry, line the pan, and trim the crust to the rim. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Combine the white sugar, cooked tapioca boba pearls, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Toss in the blueberries and sprinkle some lemon juice. Let sit for about 15 minutes.

Roll out the top crust, then cut into half-inch strips. Pour the blueberry mixture into the chilled pie shell and gently dot with butter. Place the pastry strips on top one at a time, then weave a lattice and flute the edges. To avoid messy drips, place the pie on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for around 45 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden.
